If the expectation is pristine, unscratched furniture for a formal setting where chair appearance matters closely — order the white resin garden chairs at $3.75 each instead. Folding chairs are the practical standard. Garden chairs are the visual upgrade.

Pickup Rule — No Exceptions

When our driver arrives to collect the chairs, they must be folded and stacked in one location and ready to go. Chairs left scattered around a venue or unfolded cannot be collected efficiently and may result in additional charges. Designate someone at the event to fold and stack all chairs before the scheduled pickup window — not during it.

The 60-inch and 48-inch round table rentals are table only — no chairs. Ordering 100 individual white folding chairs to pair with twelve 60-inch round tables seats 96 guests with 4 spares. At $2.50 per chair, 100 chairs costs $250 — affordable seating for a full reception table setup. At most events where the priority is practical seating around round tables rather than styled chairs, white folding chairs are the appropriate and cost-efficient choice.
