Our standard delivery window allows us to route efficiently across DFW — when your venue requires an exact arrival or departure time, this fee covers the dedicated scheduling.
Extra Hours +7% per additional hour beyond the standard 8-hour rental period. Need your rental a little longer? Just let us know.
Overnight Rental +$75 flat fee. Keep the equipment overnight and we pick it up the next day.

Rescheduling, Cancellations & Rainchecks

Need to Change Your Date?

No problem. You can change your party date or swap to a different rental item at any time with no change fees. Life happens, and we are here to make sure you get the right equipment on the right day. Just call our office and we will take care of it.

Need to Cancel?

Your deposit reserves your date and ensures everything is ready when you are. Deposits are non-refundable, but we issue a one-year raincheck for the full deposit amount that can be used toward any rental item. If you have already paid in full, you can choose a full raincheck or a refund of the amount above your deposit (minus a 5% restocking and transaction fee).

Bad Weather?

If we determine that weather conditions make it unsafe to operate (lightning, high winds, severe storms), we will cancel and offer you either a full refund of all payments or a one-year raincheck. We will never pressure you to use equipment in unsafe conditions. Your safety is always our first priority.

Important timing notes: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your event to receive a raincheck. Items cancelled with less than 24-hour notice are non-refundable with no rainchecks or credits. Items cancelled on the day of delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
