A deposit of $50 or 15% (whichever is greater) secures your date. Overtime is available at just 7% per extra hour, overnight rentals are only $75 more, and second-day rentals are 50% off.

What happens if it rains on my rental day?

Light rain is usually fine — kids are having too much fun to notice! However, bounce houses cannot be used during lightning, thunderstorms, or high winds (above 20 mph). If severe weather is forecast, we'll reschedule at no additional charge. Your safety always comes first.

Is this bounce house safe for toddlers?

Yes. The Toy Story Bounce House features an entrance step for easy entry, netted windows so parents can see inside at all times, and ventilation for airflow. Yes! The Toy Story Bounce House is available for customer pickup at a lower cost. You'll need a truck or SUV and the willpower to set it up yourself. We'll walk you through everything at pickup. If you prefer the easy route, our crew handles delivery, setup, and takedown for you.

What should I expect on delivery day?

Our crew arrives during your scheduled window, carries the bounce house to your setup area, inflates it, stakes or sandbags it securely, and does a full safety check. Setup takes about 15–20 minutes. At the end of your rental, we return to deflate, clean, and remove everything.
