Changed your mind about which bounce house or water slide you want? No problem. Equipment swaps are free with no limit anytime before your event. Call us and we handle the change , nothing extra to pay.
Weather Cancellations Have No Day-Of Penalty
You can cancel anytime before our crew arrives at your location , even the morning of your event , with no penalty. Your deposit converts to a one-year raincheck. Any amount paid above your deposit can be a full raincheck or a refund minus a 5% processing fee. You choose which option works better for you.
Your Deposit Never Disappears
Whether you cancel, reschedule, or change equipment, your deposit converts to a one-year raincheck that is good toward any rental item. It does not expire in 30 days. It is not tied to a specific product. It is usable for any rental we carry, for any event, within 12 months. Most DFW competitors hold your entire payment as a raincheck with no refund option. We Show Up On Time Every Time.
We deliver to hundreds of events every month across DFW and maintain an on-time delivery rate exceeding 99%. If something goes wrong on our end, we take responsibility and make it right , with extended rental time, credit, or another fair resolution. Direct owner involvement on every order is how this standard stays intact.
Every Fee Explained , No Exceptions
Every fee we charge is disclosed before you complete your booking , not after, not on delivery day. Here is exactly what can be added to your rental price and when you see it.
How our booking process works
You select your equipment first. Then you enter your zip code , and any travel fee for your location is calculated and shown immediately before you proceed, then you select your setup surface , and any surface fee is added and shown before checkout. Every applicable fee is on your screen before you enter a payment method. Nothing is added at delivery.
Travel Fees , Shown at Zip Code
We are based in Cleburne. Events close to our facility have no travel fee. Events further out may have a travel fee , and you see it the moment you enter your zip code, before you pick your unit or proceed any further. If the fee does not work for your budget, you know before you commit to anything.
Surface Fees , Shown at Setup Selection
After your zip code, you select your setup surface: grass, turf, concrete, dirt, or indoor. Grass and indoor have no surface fee. Concrete and turf require sandbags instead of ground stakes. Dirt requires extra deep cleaning when equipment returns to our shop. Any surface fee is shown before checkout so you see your complete total before you pay.
Why Concrete and Turf Cost More
Ground stakes take minutes. Sandbags are 50 lbs each and larger setups can require dozens of them , that is significant added weight and labor. For big orders on concrete or turf, sandbag weight alone can require a second trailer and a second driver to transport everything safely to your event. That extra vehicle, fuel, and crew time is a real cost we explain upfront rather than absorb silently.
Extra Hours , 7% Per Hour
Your rental includes up to 8 hours of use. Each additional hour is 7% of your base rental rate. Arrange this when you book or call us before your event ends , never added without your knowledge.
Overnight , $75 Flat
Need equipment left overnight? Add $75 flat. The second day is 50% off your base rate. This covers the extended time equipment is out of rotation and unavailable for other rentals.
Park & Exact-Time Delivery , Service Fees
Parks and public venues require a dedicated delivery trip , a $75 to $100 service fee covers the added labor and vehicle time. Exact-time delivery for venues with strict access windows requires pulling a truck from our standard route , a service fee covers that. Both are shown on your booking before you pay.

Before Our Crew Arrives

After Setup Begins
Once delivery is accepted and setup is underway, the rental is active. If weather rolls in during your event, riders should exit and the blower should be unplugged during lightning or winds over 15 mph. Once conditions clear, the fun picks back up. Your full rental window stays intact.
Not Sure Whether to Cancel?
Call us. We monitor weather every weekend and are always happy to help you decide. A free date change is usually the easiest option , move to a better weather day and your full payment rolls with you. We would rather reschedule than have any family feel rushed about using equipment in uncertain conditions.
Real example: Saturday storm scenario
You booked a bounce house and paid $350 in full. Friday night the forecast looks rough. You call Saturday morning before our crew leaves. Your deposit ($52.50) becomes a one-year raincheck. For the remaining $297.50, you can take a full raincheck ($350 total credit) or get $297.50 minus 5% back on your card. You rebook the following weekend and apply your raincheck. Nothing lost.

By this window, your equipment has been cleaned, inspected, loaded, and routed specifically for your event , and that date can no longer be offered to another family. Payment is held as the rental cost. The easiest way around this is a free date change , call us first and move your event instead of cancelling.
How We Compare
Most DFW party rental companies hold your entire payment as a raincheck if you cancel , with no refund option available at all. We give you a choice between a full raincheck and a partial refund.
