Three Obstacles, No Wasted Steps
Quick Facts
The Inferno Lava is Inflatable Party Magic's 40-foot single-lane obstacle course — pop-up barriers, one climbing wall, and a slide finish, in a red, blue, and grey color scheme. Ages 3 to adult, delivered and set up across DFW Texas with an 8-hour rental and professional setup included.
No crawl tunnel, no tire race — the Inferno Lava skips straight to the parts that make an obstacle course fun. Pop-up barriers lead into one climbing wall, then a slide finish, all inside a 40-foot run that keeps the line moving faster than our longer courses. This obstacle course rental in DFW Texas is the pick for events where you want real obstacle-course energy without a 15-minute wait between turns.
At 40 feet long by 11 feet wide, Inflatable Party Magic's Inferno Lava is one of the more compact courses in the fleet, and the shorter obstacle count means more guests get a turn across an 8-hour rental than on a course with five or six sections. The red, blue, and grey color scheme gives it a bold look without leaning on a licensed theme, so it fits birthday parties, school events, and corporate days without looking out of place at any of them. Ages 3 to adult means the course works for a mixed-age guest list, not just one age group.
Every obstacle course in the Inflatable Party Magic fleet is state-inspected annually, constructed from lead-free vinyl, and cleaned between every rental. We deliver and set up this backyard obstacle course across obstacle course rentals in Burleson, Fort Worth obstacle course rentals, obstacle course rentals in Arlington, and 50+ cities throughout the DFW metroplex.

Why the Inferno Lava Keeps the Line Moving
Three Obstacles, Fast Turnaround
Pop-up barriers, one climbing wall, and a slide finish. No filler sections padding out the run — every guest clears the course in less time, so more guests get a turn.
Compact 40-Foot Footprint
At 11 feet wide, this Inflatable Party Magic course fits tighter yards and venues than our longer, wider courses without losing the climbing wall or the slide finish.
Bold Red, Blue, and Grey Color Scheme
No licensed characters, no cartoon graphics — just a bold color palette that stands out at any event without clashing with a theme you've already picked.
One Climbing Wall That Still Counts
Coming right after the pop-up barriers, the climbing wall shows up while arms are already working — a real test packed into a short run, not a token obstacle.
Built for Ages 3 to Adult
A course short enough for younger kids to clear on their own, with a climbing wall and slide finish that still ask something of teens and adults.
High-Volume Events Without the Wait
Shorter run time means school groups, church carnivals, and birthday parties cycle more kids through the Inferno Lava in the same 8-hour window than a longer course allows.
How the Inferno Lava Obstacle Course Works
1
Enter and Weave the Barriers
Competitors step in and immediately work through the pop-up barriers. No slow ramp-up — the course asks for footwork right away.
2
Climb the Wall
The climbing wall arrives right after the barriers, while legs and arms are already moving. This is where most runs slow down.
3
Slide to the Finish
Clear the wall and head straight into the slide finish. Short course, quick payoff — no long stretch between the last obstacle and the finish line.
4
Get Back in Line
The short run time means the line moves fast. Climb out and go again — you've got 8 full hours to rack up runs.
Setup Requirements and How to Book the Inferno Lava
Space and Access Requirements
You'll need 42 feet of length and 13 feet of width on flat ground, clear of trees, fences, and overhead power lines. Grass is ideal for staking; concrete and asphalt work with sandbag anchoring. Confirm your gate width and access path before booking so our delivery crew can carry the unit straight through.
Electrical Requirements
One dedicated 110v outlet on a standard 20-amp circuit, within 100 feet of the setup location. Call (817) 800-8618 if your venue has limited power and we'll talk through options.
How to Book Online
Click "Add to Cart" at the top of the product page. Enter your event date, delivery address, and setup location. Pay a deposit to secure your reservation and you'll receive an automatic email confirmation. Inflatable Party Magic's crew handles delivery, setup, and pickup.
Safety Features
All inflatables from Inflatable Party Magic are state-inspected annually by the Texas Department of Insurance, constructed from lead-free fire-retardant vinyl, and cleaned between every rental. Inflatable Party Magic posts its complete safety standards online for every family to review.
Best Events for the Inferno Lava Obstacle Course Rental
Birthday Parties
The short run time means every kid at the party gets multiple turns instead of standing in line for one long course.
School Field Days
Fast turnover matters most where every class needs a turn. We handle vendor approval for schools and provide required COI documentation.
Church Events and VBS
The red, blue, and grey color scheme doesn't clash with any theme, and the short course keeps large groups moving through VBS stations.
Corporate Events
A compact footprint and fast cycle time fit companies booking corporate event entertainment for a large team in a tight time window.
Backyard Birthday Bashes
At 40 feet long and 11 feet wide, the Inferno Lava fits backyards where longer courses simply won't clear the fence line.
HOA and Community Events
Neighborhood events with a steady stream of kids benefit from the fast course cycle — nobody waits long for their turn.
Daycare and Preschool Events
Ages 3 and up plus a short, simple obstacle sequence make this a fit for daycare graduation events and preschool field days.
Community Festivals
High foot traffic at festivals means a fast-cycling course keeps a line from backing up while still delivering a real obstacle challenge.

The Inferno Lava is built for ages 3 to adult. The shorter, simpler obstacle sequence makes it approachable for younger kids while the climbing wall still gives teens and adults something to work for.
