Game 1: Toss the Tail on the Donkey

Space and Access Requirements

You need an 11x20 foot setup area with 20 feet of overhead clearance. The 20-foot height requires outdoor setup or indoor venues with very high ceilings — most standard fellowship halls and event rooms will not have 20-foot clearance. Gymnasiums with high ceilings may qualify; confirm before booking any indoor placement. A clear path to the setup area is required for our delivery crew. One 12-amp outlet within extension cord reach is required for the blower.

Supervisor Role

One adult supervisor manages all four game stations: distributing equipment to incoming players (velcro cones, football, bat or bean bags), explaining each game to first-time participants, managing the rotation between stations, enforcing age-appropriate equipment choices (bean bags for very young players at Batter Up), and keeping competitive energy positive.
