The 20x30 tent has a dedicated misting system at $105. The 20x60 has one at $130. The sizes in between — 20x40, 20x50 — do not. The misting system for the 20x60 attaches along the tent frame perimeter and distributes fine cooling mist across all 1,200 square feet, not just at the edges. 1,200 Square Feet — Every Zone at Full Scale

The 20x50 runs three zones in 1,000 square feet — they work, but they are sized to fit. The 20x60 runs three zones in 1,200 square feet and each zone has its own generous footprint. The buffet station does not encroach on the first row of dining tables. The dance floor does not shrink the dining section. A DJ setup or stage end has real depth. When an event planner maps out a 120-person dinner on paper and the 20x50 draws lines too close together, the 20x60 is the answer.

Seats 120 at Tables Without Counting Every Inch

Fifteen 8ft rectangle tables seat 120 guests with chairs on all long sides — the maximum banquet configuration. Twelve 60" round tables seat 96 at 8 per table, or 120 at 10 per table. At 120 guests, the 20x60 provides table spacing that does not require guests to turn sideways to leave their seat. That margin — between a tent that fits 120 and one where 120 guests are comfortable — is what the extra 200 square feet over the 20x50 delivers.

Sixty Feet of Depth — No Center Poles

Frame tent construction means all 1,200 square feet are unobstructed. At 60 feet of depth, center poles would be genuinely disruptive — splitting long table rows, creating blind spots for a stage, forcing traffic routes around structural elements. The Aztec frame system carries all load at the perimeter. The interior is open from one short wall to the other. A service corridor runs the full 60-foot length without interruption.

Aztec at Scale — Not a Commercial-Looking Pop-Up

At 1,200 square feet and 60 feet of length, the tent overhead becomes a visual element of the event. Multiple Aztec high peaks running the 60-foot length create interior height and visual scale that guests notice and photograph. A flat-top canopy or a pop-up frame rented as "commercial" reads as a large outdoor shelter. The Aztec multi-peak structure reads as a venue. At this event size, that distinction lands differently than it does at 400 square feet.

Crew Installation — Day Before, Day After

A 20x60 installation across a 25x65-foot footprint involves multiple Aztec units, a 65-foot staking run, and a multi-hour setup process. Our trained crew handles all of it the day before your event. 8ft Rectangle Tables — Up to 120 Guests

Fifteen 8ft rectangle tables seat 120 guests at full banquet capacity. Long rows of tables running the depth of the tent with guests facing each other across each table. Best for large graduation open houses, company appreciation dinners, and large family reunions. Reserve the first and last 10 feet for a food station and a stage or presentation end — that seats 80 to 96 at dining tables with both service zones fully separated.

60" Round Tables — 96 to 120 Guests

Twelve round tables seat 96 guests at 8 per table, or 120 at 10 per table. At 96 guests with comfortable 8-per-table spacing, the 20x60 provides enough room between tables for server access and guest movement that mirrors what guests expect at a formal venue. This is the configuration for wedding receptions, formal fundraiser dinners, and church banquets where the dining experience matters as much as the headcount.

Full Three-Zone Layout — 80 to 100 Seated

Three or four tables running a full buffet and beverage station along the back 12 feet. Eight to ten dining tables through the middle 30 feet, seating 64 to 100 guests. A 15-foot front zone for a DJ setup, a bar and cocktail tables, a dance floor, or a small stage. At 60 feet of depth each zone has real autonomous space — this is the three-zone layout that feels like a planned venue rather than a tent trying to do too much.

This is where the 20x60 enters small-festival-tent territory — at 200 guests cycling through an open house format under one Aztec roof with misting running overhead, the event has the scale and the infrastructure that most other tent options cannot match.

Theater or Ceremony Style — Up to 200 Guests

Rows of chairs without tables facing a ceremony or stage end seat up to 200 guests. The 60-foot depth creates sightlines from the back rows that shorter tents cannot. A 15-foot stage or ceremony area at the far end has genuine depth separation from the audience. Misting System for 20x60 Tent — $130

This is the misting system sized specifically for the 20x60 tent. It attaches to the tent frame perimeter and delivers a fine cooling mist throughout all 1,200 square feet — not just at the tent edges. Globe Tent Lights — $45

String globe lights hang from the multiple Aztec frame peaks and interior cables. At 60 feet of length the light coverage is substantial — the warm ambient effect at an evening event is the reason most customers who book the 20x60 after dark also book the globe lights. They transform 1,200 square feet from a shaded outdoor area into a lit venue.

Large Portacool Fan — $235

For events that want additional cooling on top of the misting system, or for fall events where misting is not appropriate but heat is still present, large Portacool evaporative fans ($235 each) placed at the open ends push cooled air into the interior. The misting system and a Portacool fan at the entrance end create a comprehensive cooling solution for a high-attendance summer event.

Patio Heaters — $110 Each

For fall and winter events under the open 20x60, two or three patio heaters spaced through the 60-foot length warm the interior from the open sides. In an open tent at this size, heaters work best at the ends pushing warmth inward. Cathedral Window Sidewalls — $1,135 as Separate Booking

The fully enclosed version of the 20x60 — with cathedral window panels on all four sides — is available as its own listing at $1,135. Four sides sealed from wind and rain, heat retained, venue atmosphere delivered. Book it as the 20x60 tent with sidewalls when enclosure is the priority over airflow.

Tables and Chairs

Space Required — Call Before Booking

The tent footprint is 20x60 feet. The full setup area including staking clearance is 25x65 feet — 1,625 square feet of clear, flat, overhead-obstruction-free ground. At 65 feet of required length, most residential lots are ruled out. Church outdoor pads, school grounds, corporate outdoor areas, large estate properties, and park event fields are the typical installation sites at this tent size. Grass Setup — 811 Call Required

Call 811 at least 5 business days before installation. Underground utility marking covers water, gas, electrical, fiber optic, and public utility lines — all must be marked before our crew begins. Mark your private lines (irrigation systems, septic laterals) yourself. At 60 feet of staking length, the 20x60 has more anchor points than any tent built earlier in this series. All stakes go 36 inches into the ground. Do not skip the marking step.

Concrete Setup — Extra Charge, Plan Ahead

Concrete installations use water barrel or drill anchors — additional charge applies at this tent size. Water barrels require a water source within 100 feet of the full 60-foot footprint. We provide anchors and drill. Confirm your surface type and the concrete setup pricing with our office before booking. A 20x60 concrete setup requires specific planning and equipment that must be loaded in advance.

Permits — Start the Process Early at This Size

At 1,200 square feet, every Texas municipality that has tent permit thresholds has been crossed. Many also require fire marshal review, occupancy inspections, or additional permits for food service, sound equipment, or specific occupancy counts at this tent scale. Check with your city's permitting office well before your event date — permit processing can take weeks at this tent size and configuration. We do not obtain permits. All costs, applications, inspections, and timelines are entirely the customer's responsibility.

Outdoor Wedding Receptions — 100 to 120 Guests

A full outdoor wedding reception for 100 to 120 seated guests — round tables, dance floor, bar, head table, and real server access between tables — fits the 20x60 with breathing room. Add globe lights, garden chairs, and the multi-peak overhead and the space photographs as a venue rather than a tent. The misting system ($130) handles summer reception heat.
