Our crew positions the Surf the Wave on flat ground in your 17 x 32 foot setup area, connects the blower to your 12 amp outlet, and — for summer events — hooks your garden hose to the water slide. For indoor and off-season events, the hose stays disconnected and the unit runs dry. The 3D surfboards are fully raised before your first guest arrives.

For outdoor events, the setup area must be 17 feet wide by 32 feet long on flat, level ground, free of overhead obstructions like tree branches or power lines. For indoor events in a school gym or church hall, confirm ceiling height clears the unit and that a standard 110v outlet on a 12 amp breaker is accessible. A clear access path for our delivery crew is required in both settings.

Seasonal Water Hose and Use Rules

During summer, the Surf the Wave is deployed as a wet combo — you provide a standard rubber or vinyl garden hose from your outdoor spigot to the slide connection. Expandable grow hoses cannot maintain adequate pressure. During fall, winter, and spring, the unit runs completely dry — no hose needed. Summer bookings cannot be guaranteed dry.
