Space and Access Requirements

The Bahama Breeze needs a flat open area of 22 feet wide by 20 feet long with no overhead obstructions above 14 feet — trees, power lines, or rooflines. The actual unit is 20 feet wide by 18 feet long and 14 feet tall. This nearly square footprint is distinctly different from long-format combos — measure your yard width and length before booking. A 4-foot wide gate or clear path to the setup location is required for the delivery crew.

Water and Electrical Requirements

One standard 110v outlet on a 12-amp circuit within 100 feet of the setup location powers the blower. You must provide your own traditional garden hose long enough to reach from your water spigot to the unit for continuous water flow down the slide. Do not use expandable grow hoses — they cannot maintain adequate pressure. Tarps are placed at entry and exit to keep the surrounding area cleaner.
